Although the new song does not appear on any album Justin has released so far nor on the track list of the album JB is currently working on, “Dr. Bieber” is already a hit. By the joking and teasing tone, it seems that the song was recorded for Bieber’s self-amusement and it falls into the “just fooling around in the studio” category.
